This hotel is a hidden gem located just a stone's throw away from the train station. The convenience of being able to reach the station in just a few minutes is priceless, especially when exploring nearby attractions. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. I loved the attention to detail they showed in ensuring a comfortable stay, like having rooms with two bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast served in the cozy dining room was a treat to wake up to every morning.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.

We loved our stay! The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the train station and to many nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all of our needs. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.

Spent the New Year holiday with family and it was a lovely experience. Located close to transportation making it easy to get around the city. The staff was exceptional in their hospitality and created a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious, with a beautiful spread! The hotel also had a large public bath where we could relax and soak away the cold weather.

The lack of internet and external phone calls was a bit of a downer but thankfully we were still able to use our mobile data. The green tea in the room was a little bland, but we were able to find some great tea at a nearby convenience store.

The staff here are incredibly kind and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. They were really helpful in explaining how to operate the facilities, like the radiating system. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious, providing a great start to the day.

There were issues with communication as some staff members did not speak English fluently.

The hotel is outdated, and the smell of dampness is a bit too overwhelming in the lobby and corridors. the room was not cleaned properly and smelled musty, and the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
